The akashic records

The Akashic Records are the energy field that contains the entirety of your Soul’s, and every soul in existence, experiences in the past present and future. Some refer to it as the etheric or astral plane, past lives, kharma, the quantum field, infinite wisdom, it goes by many names—the important thing is it is an unconditionally loving energetic consciousness that we can tap into for insight into any subject you care to explore. In your session, we will connect to the information that is meant for your personal expansion at that particular moment.

To prepare for your session:

Meditate on your question or questions. Questions that are broad will yield broad answers, questions that are more specific will yield more specific information. The Akashic Records will never tell you what to do, however, it will always offer you a new perspective and insight into You.

Prepare yourself and your space. It is a good idea to use your favorite self-nurturing method before the session. This may be taking a walk in nature, a relaxing bath, meditation, yoga or using pure essential oils to calm your body, mind and connect to your spirit. You may choose to clear your space with sage, Tea Tree essential oil (I recommend doTERRA’s because of their alignment with purity, uplifting growers and harmony with our planet’s ability to thrive) or simply by intentionally walking through your space and projecting a loving energy from your heart.

Collect your tools:

A pen and paper, perhaps you have written your question down or want to take notes.

Any crystals or other objects that provide you connection to your Spirit or comfort.

Essential oils, if you use them for meditation.

Our moment together will take place in person, over the phone or over video chat. Give yourself some time before and after to prepare for the session and to integrate the information and energy afterward. After our session, you will find that the questions you asked will continue to be answered in your daily life. Be open to receiving and notice where the unconditional love continues to show up for you.
